Registration is open now to all persons interested in attending the ANCOLD Dam Operators Forum 2019.

All persons intending to attend the Forum must complete the online Registration Form.  Please read the below registration information before you complete the Registration Form.  Should you experience any difficulties, please contact the Forum  Managers at the email address given on the homepage.

Registration fees listed above are in Australian Dollars (A$) and inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

Registration Information

Full Registration

The full registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • All Forum sessions
  • All official documentation including program booklet and list of participants
  • Social functions: Forum Cocktail Reception, Forum Tour
  • Morning and afternoon teas, lunches

Forum Fee Only

The Forum Fee Only registration entitles delegates to the following:

  • All Forum sessions
  • All official documentation including program and list of participants
  • Morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch

Young Professional

A Young Professional is defined as a young industry professional aged 35 years or younger.  Delegates must be 35 years old or younger to qualify for the discounted rate. 

Please note:  A copy of your identification card must be sent to the Forum Managers via email to  Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

Registration confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

Name Badge

Each member of the forum will receive a name badge upon registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Forum Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Credit Card

Payment by credit card is the preferred method of payment. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express.  Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex Sydney’.

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Forum Managers.

Registration Fees:

Cancellations before 8 February 2019 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations on or after 8 February 2019 there will be no refund.
